Can I book travel online?

No. At this time the club does not offer online booking as we prefer to offer one-on-one, personalized service to our members. The offers listed on this website are just a sampling of what is available to you as a member. All travel must be booked over the phone. Call us at 1-888-828-2500 (Option 1) to speak to a travel counselor or use our Trip Planner form online if you would like to send us an e-mail.

I submitted a travel inquiry through the Trip Planner link on the club website. How long will it take to get a response?

You will receive a response within 24 hours of your submission. For any submissions after 6 p.m. E.T. on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive a response from a travel counselor the following Monday. 

Is the travel agency open 24 hours, 7-days a week?

No. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. 

Do you have a directory of all available hotels and resorts that I can get a discount at?

No. Travel + Leisure Elite Traveler works with all hotels and resorts around the globe. From small, out of the way boutique hotels and inns, to large, sprawling all-inclusive resorts, we'll help you find the right accommodations and the best value. It's our mission to get you the best available rate at the time of your booking and secure the extra amenities you can't get on your own. And if you're not sure where you want to stay, let us do the research for you and suggest a place. 

What does the up to 10% off the lowest rate available on select cruises mean?

Your exclusive Travel + Leisure Elite Traveler additional savings is a reduction of the lowest available price offered by the cruise line, and can vary by departure date based on availability at the time of booking as well as certain other promotional restrictions. As a valued club member you are always guaranteed additional savings beyond the supplier's lowest available price, up to a maximum of 10% on cruises. Your travel counselor will advise you of the percentage or dollar amount of savings applicable to your reservation at the time of booking. 

What does up to 5% off the lowest rate available on select tours and safaris mean?

As a valued club member you are always guaranteed additional savings beyond the supplier's lowest available price, up to a maximum of 5% on tour + safari packages. Your travel counselor will advise you of the percentage or dollar amount of savings applicable to your reservation at the time of booking. 

I just joined the club online. How long will it take to receive my membership materials?

You will receive a membership kit in 4-6 weeks. Be on the lookout also for an e-mail containing your personalized membership number so you can start enjoying your club membership benefits right away.
